When developing the interior concept for the "MYS" townhouses, the team drew inspiration from the site's distinctive character; both the architecture and the living spaces evoke a sense of openness and a close connection to nature, becoming an integral part of the landscape and fostering a harmonious living environment.

Continuing this nature-inspired theme, we looked to the unique surrounding scenery for ideas. Vast fields of grasses, majestic pine forests, delicate wildflowers blooming in the meadows, and winding rivers — all these natural elements are reflected in the interior design of the homes.

We sought to bring the atmosphere of the natural world indoors, creating a space that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape and imbues it with a special, uniquely personal ambiance. This gave rise to three conceptual themes:

Wheat Field, Pine Forest, and Spring Waters.

A wheat field evokes a sense of spaciousness, warmth, and natural harmony — an image conjuring up vast open meadows, golden stalks of grain, clear skies, and the warmth of the sun.

In interior design, we bring this vision to life through the fluid, gentle lines of furniture, light and warm-toned wood, and accents of green in the finishes and decor — all of which create a feeling of coziness and tranquility.

The living area is decorated in warm, sandy tones, transporting you to an endless wheat field in the height of a summer day. Delicate veins of green marble, paired with warm-toned wood, imbue the space with the essence of a summer meadow — turning the kitchen and dining area into a cozy nook, as if designed for an open-air picnic.

A bedroom in shades of green, featuring light-toned wood and textured textiles, evokes the feeling of summer in every detail.

A pine forest is a story about the freshness of conifers and the soft light of sunset.

In Russian folklore, the forest is a realm of mystery and magic; we capture its spirit through dark oak, tactile surfaces, deep shades of green, and natural textures — infusing the space with a sense of coziness and enchantment.

In the living room, a statement fireplace clad in green glazed tiles harmonizes with dark, textured wood and accents in a deep, dark metal, evoking the atmosphere of a mysterious forest thicket. Expressive wood grains and natural surfaces capture the diversity of the forest, establishing a vibrant, organic rhythm. Their richness contrasts with white microcement — much like the shadows of trees set against bright sunlight. In the kitchen and bathroom areas, green marble serves as a focal point, reminiscent of the surface of a forest lake reflecting the surrounding trees.

In the master bedroom, rich, dark wood surfaces create an atmosphere of coziness and tranquility, illuminated by soft, focused lighting. They evoke the feeling of a secluded forest grove, where warm rays of sunlight filter through a dense canopy.

The freshness of spring awakening, the fluid movement of Thawing streams, the first flowers, and the rays of the sun — all of this is inspired by the imagery of "spring waters." A muted palette of beige tones, accented with soft blue, fills the home with a sense of gentleness and light.

Transparent and matte materials, light-toned natural wood, diffused lighting, and marble — resembling ice that has just begun to crack — create an atmosphere of lightness, renewal, and natural harmony. The delicate veins in the marble evoke the image of ice melting on a river in the early days of spring, heralding the awakening of nature, while soft pastel hues and frosted glass conjure the feeling of a morning mist drifting over a landscape stirring back to life.

The bathroom evokes the image of a thawing river, where cool blue marble and patterned glass create an atmosphere as fresh as the first days of spring.
